There's a 30 day money back guarantee policy.  If you're not satisfied with the service or order and you notify us within 30 days from the date the order was processed you will receive a full refund.

Do I have to return the Products or Registry?

No you keep your last copies but will not receive any future products.

If you would like to return products bought from Custom Branding.

We will ship you a packing slip provided specific return instructions and addresses — please refers to it for details. 

Most Product Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date that you received your order. (in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition), can be mailed with the original packing slip contact info@MyCustomBranding.com for return details.

If you don’t have the packing slip, you can email us @ info@MyCustomBranding.com And we will respond in 24hrs and help you for return procedures.

NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
